General Consulting

Cognoplex can act as facilitators for you and your team to help you determine where you are and where you need to be. That may or may not be Navision.

Joint Solution Design (JSD)

If you believe Navision is the right solution for you, Cognoplex will work with you and your team to determine what Navision granules you need and how they will fit in to your existing business and systems. Any necessary customizations and interfaces to existing systems will be identified and scoped out. In the end, you will have a very clear roadmap of what needs to be done and what the end result will be. This is all before you commit to buying any software. At that point, the Go/No-Go decision is completely up to you.

Implementation

Implementing a new system is a big step. You want a partner that has done it before and can keep you out of trouble. The Cognoplex team has implemented may different systems in many different industries. We have the experience to get you through it smoothly.

Development
